Provided conceptual design and product suitability for a remote portable pump testing rig. ESE designed, supplied, manufactured and commissioned variable speed control panels used in mining for ground water test pumping. ESE provided complete customised programs for autonomous operation and detailed reporting.
The ESE control system incorporated recording and reporting of all flow values, pressures, draw down values and automatically stored this information for
clients reporting. The control system includes automatic protection features which allow unmanned operation and remote monitoring.
The test pumping system incorporates a fully customisable touch screen interface for test data and system requirements with settable parameters for each test depending on client requirements and required test data.
