Designed, supplied, manufactured and commissioned two sets of triple 110kW pumps on a constant pressure irrigation system. Provided auto changeover of master and slave pumps for extended life and equal duty wear. Incorporated remote start operation and remote monitoring through the PLC and onsite equipment. Provided integration of feedback control including all analogue flow values, totaliser and water pressures to provide a closed loop feedback system.
As these submersible multistage pumps were large, they were provided with a two stage start-up procedure to prevent upthrust issues whilst starting. This is customised to the type of pump, flow capacity and head pressures.
