Designed, supplied, manufactured and commissioned a 5 pump – 150kW irrigation controller for a site located in Pemberton, WA. ESE supplied the FPS pumps, 150kW Variable speed drives including PLC’s and HMI touch screen for simple user interface. They system was designed with a constant pressure operation and multi set points for different pressure requirements configured for different sections of the plantation to be irrigated.
The system now operates completely autonomously providing complete monitoring and closed loop feedback and has been operating without fail since installed.
