Provided conceptual design and product suitability for a remote portable pump testing rig. ESE designed, supplied, manufactured and commissioned variable speed control panels used in mining for ground water test pumping.

Designed, supplied manufactured and commissioned three 250kW frequency inverters complete with input and output reactors, PLC integration and touch screen local HMI for easy user input. Provided onsite commissioning and integration services.

Designed, supplied, manufactured and commissioned a 5 pump – 150kW irrigation controller for a site located in Pemberton, WA. ESE supplied the FPS pumps, 150kW Variable speed drives including PLC’s and HMI touch screen for simple user interface.

Upgrading load out facilities, incorporating mass flow meters plus control systems for automated loading of tankers. Designed and supplied a control system that incorporates PLC’s with analogue and digital inputs to provide both open and closed loop feedback control.
